Save an Instagram story of others
Let's start with how to save other users' Instagram stories. There are several ways to do this: you can save stories by making simple screenshots or screen recordings or by using third-party app dedicated to saving content on Instagram. As I mentioned at the beginning of the article, it is also possible to act from a computer, using browser extensions.
Before proceeding, however, I want to remind you that, before saving a story of others (and possibly spreading it on the Net), you should first ask the consent of the person who created it, in order not to violate the terms of service of the social network and the copyright. of the author of the story. In this regard, the following indications are written for illustrative purposes, so I do not take any responsibility in case of improper use!
Via screenshot or screen recording
If the Instagram story posted by a user doesn't contain a video, you can easily save it by making one screenshot from your device.
Doing so is very simple: up Android simultaneously presses the button Volume down (-) and On / off button of your device or press the keys Volume down (-) e Home. In case you encounter any problems, I suggest you read my guide dedicated to the topic.
If you own a iPhone with Face ID, simultaneously presses the right side button and volume up key (+). If, on the other hand, you use a iPhone with Home button simultaneously press the Home button and standby / wake button of the device. If you have any doubts or problems, refer to my tutorial where I explain how to take a screenshot on iPhone.
If, on the other hand, the story posted by a user contains a video, you can save it by filming the screen of the mobile phone, through the native Android tools (if available) and the ad hoc function present on iOS 11 (and later versions). Otherwise, you can also use third-party apps, such as the free ADV Screen Recorder application for Android (also available on alternative stores, for devices without Google services). .
