How to use Combin Scheduler
At this point, I would say that it is time to see in detail how to schedule instagram posts with Combin Scheduler. So let's find out how to download, install and use the software to make the most of all its potential.
Download and install Combin Scheduler
The first step you need to take, of course, is to download the program to your computer. Therefore, connect to the Combin Scheduler website and click on the button try free. Then type yours email address in the box that appears in the center of the screen and press the button again try free, to start downloading the Combin Scheduler installation package.
Once the download is complete, if you use a PC Windows, start the .msi files obtained and, in the window that opens, click the button Next. Then check the box I accept the terms in the License Agreement and complete the setup by first clicking on Next twice in a row and then on install, Yes e Finish.

Schedule Instagram posts with Combin Scheduler
Now you can take action. Start, therefore, Combin scheduler and, in the main window of the software, log in to your Instagram account, by entering username e Password in the relevant fields and clicking on the button Log in.
Once logged in, to schedule a new post on your Instagram profile, select the item I post from the left sidebar and click on the button + Add a new post which is located at the bottom. This will open the Combin Scheduler box for scheduling posts on Instagram.
At this point, click on box on the right and select the photo to post or, alternatively, drag the image you want to post on Instagram directly onto it. Once this is done, you can use the icon present on the preview of your photo to apply some changes to it: the two diagonal arrows allow you to crop the image adapting it to the format of Instagram posts (then giving the user the opportunity to drag the photo with the mouse, to decide which part to keep and which to leave out of the box); there circular arrow allows you to rotate the shot; there up arrow allows you to replace the image; the basket delete it, while the icon Tag users (bottom right) allows you to tag other users on Instagram.
Once the shot is perfected, write a caption to be associated with the latter (in the appropriate field at the top left); add, if desired, a link to biography it's a geographic location in the fields below and tax day e Now of the publication of the photo, using the fields with the icons program and clock. You can also set dates that are weeks or months away from the current one.
Once this is done, all you have to do is press the button Crea, to schedule the publication of the post on Instagram. The content will be published on the chosen date and time, as long as the computer is turned on and connected to the Internet: in this regard, I would like to point out that you can prevent the computer from shutting down when Combin Scheduler is running by acting in the program settings.
Schedule Instagram Stories with Combin Scheduler
And for plan the stories? Just follow a procedure very similar to the one just seen together for posts. Then select the item Stories from the Combin Scheduler sidebar, click on the button + Add new story (below) and drag the photos you want to add to your story onto the Combin Scheduler window. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can click on panes on the left and "manually" select the shots to include in your story.
Having done that, rearrange the images however you like (using the mouse) e resize / rotate them, selecting them and using the buttons on their thumbnails in the right panel (as already explained for posts). At this point add, if desired, a link to biography and define day o clockwise programming content on Instagram, using the fields with the icons of the program and clock.
Per concludere, premium pulsating Crea and Combin Scheduler will post the story on the day and at the time you indicated (provided that the program is running, even in the background, and that the PC is on and connected to the Internet).
Manage scheduled content
If you want an overview of the scheduled content in Combin Scheduler, all you have to do is browse the calendar in the main program window (by selecting the options I post e Stories from the left sidebar, so you can choose whether to show only posts or only stories).
To have, instead, a preview of the layout of your profile with new content (before it is actually published), click on the icon smartphone located at the bottom right.
In case of second thoughts, you can modify or delete a scheduled content: to modify it, all you have to do is select it in the Combin Scheduler calendar, make the desired changes (eg change of date / time or photos to post) and click on the button Save; to delete it, instead, you have to select it via click destroy, select the item Clear from the menu that opens and confirm. Easier than that?
Adjust the Combin Scheduler settings
By going to the menu Tools> Preferences of Combin Scheduler, you can access all the program settings, which are divided into convenient tabs.
In the tab Generali, for example, you can find the toggles to toggle auto-run on / off Combin Scheduler in background when the main program window is closed, theCombin Scheduler starts automatically at system startup and system suspension prevention until the program has finished all scheduled activities. Still in the same screen, you can find the drop-down menu for selecting the language.
Turning to the tab Programming, instead, you will find a drop-down menu that allows you to adjust the behavior of the program in case of delays in scheduled posts: by selecting the option Order of posts, the publishing queue is paused until the delayed content goes online; by selecting the option instead Time, the queued contents are published even if the first of them is late.
The board proxy lets you set up a proxy while that Notifications allows you to choose in which cases to display notifications (if in case of publications posted and / or in case of news by Combin) and whether to play an accompaniment sound.
If you activate a commercial subscription, you can set up more than one Instagram account in Combin Scheduler and switch between them very easily: all you have to do is click on the drop-down menu with the name of your current account (top left) and choose the option you prefer from those that appear.
